Community Health Workers are a vital part of the healthcare industry and the communities in which they serve. UniteWI provides CHW Supervision Support, Professional Development, Post-training CHW support, Continuing Education for CHWs, CHW Network monthly meetings, CHW Supervisor training, Healthcare team integration support, Provider onboarding and care team integration support.
UniteWI provides Community Health Worker Training throughout the year. Please click the link HERE to register for our upcoming training. Here is the schedule for the 2025 training dates:

*20 hours a week | Total of 80 hours in the classroom and 80 hours in the field
