A non-profit organization that fosters networking among African American health professionals and community health advocates. It promotes health education, healthy lifestyles, self-advocacy, empowerment, and well-being among African Americans in Dane County.
A non-profit statewide clearinghouse and technical assistance support center for the spread of evidence-based health promotion programs through partnerships with local aging and public health departments, health care systems, and other community-based organizations.
